| Free Housing (Single) |
Housing at EV is free. It comes furnished with basic living needs: bed, desk, chair, hotplate, refrigerator, washing machine, drying rack, TV with DVD/VCR combo. A few basic dishes are provided. Edutainers provide their own Sheets, towels, pillows, etc. All apartments come equipped with A/C and Heat. Residents pay for gas and electricity. Basic Korean cable is provided. A few channels are in English. |

| Pension Plan |
Teachers are paid monthly. A pension fund is taken out of each paycheck. At the end of your contract, all pension will be returned to you. Different countries have different rules regarding this reimbursement. The US allows US citizens for a full return in pension. |

| On-campus Gym |
There is a fully equipped gym on the English Village Campus. It has a weight room, indoor/outdoor pool,indoor basketball court, and an outdoor soccer field. Membership costs $50/month. English Village will reimburse $20 of that fee every month. |

| Two consecutive days off per week |
Edutainers are given two days off a week. Depending on the team you are on, you will either have Sunday/Monday or Monday/Tuesday. The park is closed on Mondays to outside patrons. |

| Paid vacation days |
Paid vacation days vary between contracts. Vacation days can be used after the 3 month probation period. Requests are taken no sooner than 1 month in advance. Any unused vacation days are not reimbursed. |

| Health Insurance |
English provides health insururance and pays 50% of the month cost of this plan. It is mandatory to have this health insurance. |

| Base pay is: 2,400,000 KRW. |
Depending on your experience, your starting pay could go up. At the completion of your one year contract, you will receive severence pay equal to one month's pay. In addition you may be offered to re-sign and be given a re-signing bonus. |

| Severance Pay |
After the completion of the one year contract you will receive severance pay equal to a month's salary. |
