The Education Department has 3 levels of leaders within our teaching staff. The top level, whose main role is to liaise between admin and the teaching staff and to oversee the day-to-day operation of all programs, are the Head Teachers.
Under the Head Teachers, we have a range of senior leaders who all have specific roles and are dedicated to developing and operating all aspects of our programs. We currently have 8 senior leaders. Finally, each Subject has a Content Area Leader, whose job is to help run that particular subject. We have 12 CALs, 2 for each department.
